Philosophy Minor
A 18-credit philosophy minor is offered for students wishing to enhance their chosen degree program by developing critical thinking and reasoning skills. The course requirements for the philosophy minor include:
Requirements
- Phil 100 Philosophical Inquiry or Phil 102 Philosophy of Human Nature
- Phil 101 Introduction to Logic or Phil 105 (1) Elective in Logic
- Phil 260 History of Philosophy to the Renaissance or Phil 261 History of Philosophy since the Renaissance
- One ethics elective
- Two electives in philosophy
